10 Feb Grade 12 Celebrations- 26th of January 2016
On 26th January, the group of Grade 12 learners from 2015 gathered at Tomorrow Trust to celebrate their 100% pass rate for end of academic year, 2015. The learners were excited that they all passed, especially that most of them received bachelor passes.
Tomorrow Trust board Chairman, Jack Phalane came to congratulate them learners saying that:
“Anything a person wishes for is possible – against all odds”. In motivating the learners, he shared his personal story of how far he has come from being a rural boy to being a partner of a Legal Practice.
Also present were the “always amazing and supportive” team members of IQ Business who came to celebrate and motivate the Grade 12 learners, as they progress to tertiary education in 2016.
This group of learners achieved 100% pass rate, with 91% achieving bachelor’s exemption. Top learners for Tomorrow Trust were Sigicnile Twala (8 distinctions); Zama Madonsela and Raymond Ubisse (both 6 distinctions); Kgaugelo Tjege and Lehlohonolo Mpebe (5 distinctions) and another seven learners with 4 and 3 distinctions each.
Kim Feinberg, Tomorrow Trust CEO congratulated the Grade 12 group on their outstanding results.
