Celtic Woman, an Irish group that performs traditional Celtic and contempory songs, visited SA to celebrate their achievement of platinum sales of their first album and the launch of their Christmas CD, A Christmas Celebration. The event was held at the Rosebank Hyatt Hotel on the 28 th of November. Kim gave a presentation on the Trust at the launch and introduced two of our students Busi and Gloria. Celtic Woman donated a signed violin to the Tomorrow Trust which will be used as an auction item at the next Tomorrow Trust fundraiser. EMI donated R50 000 to The Trust, a spur of the moment decision by EMI Managing Director, Irving Schlosberg, after hearing Kim's presentation.
